At Harney & Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea purchase; if you are not happy with your order, items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging, as we cannot accept returns on food or tea products that have been opened due to safety regulations.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
